CDBG Home Repair Program

Program serves qualified, low-income homeowners

CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funds have been awarded to Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley to administer critical home maintenance and repairs. Through this program, Habitat for Humanity will serve lower-income homeowners with either preventative home maintenance or critical home repair services.
To help keep home repairs affordable, families safe and secure, rehabilitation services will be offered at dramatically reduced costs to qualifying homeowners with a zero-interest loan.
Examples of eligible minor repairs include exterior home painting and wheelchair ramp access. Larger, more critical improvements include water heater replacement, roof repairs, and some mechanical repairs or replacements.
